A LITTLE HELP, FAMILY TO FAMILY
Your canvas.
Your questions, answered.
From how our artwork begins to placing your last diamond, we want you to feel informed, comfortable, and part of the D&C family.
Behind the artwork
How is your artwork created?
Each design begins with our vision, brought to life using AI tools and our creative direction. Our artwork is AI-assisted, not a hand-drawn illustration. The ideas, creative choices, and care behind each piece come from D&C Crowned & Blessed.
What do you personally review?
We review every design and its diamond painting pattern—even down to the symbols you follow on the canvas. Our care continues beyond the original image to the pattern you will use to create your painting.
Is your artwork hand-rendered?
We describe our process as AI-assisted artwork with personally reviewed diamond painting patterns. Reviewing a pattern is different from drawing an image by hand or manually placing every symbol. We do not claim that every part of the artwork or chart is hand-rendered.
Will my finished painting look exactly like the artwork image?
The artwork is translated into a grid of individual diamonds. Small details, shading, and curves can look different in that format, and colors can vary between a screen and physical drills. Canvas size also affects how much detail can be represented. Review the listing images and selected size, and ask us if you would like help understanding a particular design.
Your canvas & kit
Am I buying a finished painting or a kit?
Our diamond painting kits are a creative project for you to complete. You receive the canvas and supplies, then place the diamonds yourself. “Made to order” refers to preparing your kit after you order; it does not mean we complete the diamond placement for you.
What comes in a diamond art kit?
Your kit includes a canvas, the matching diamond drills, and a diamond painting toolkit. Sizes, drill shapes, and specialty drills vary by design. Check your selected product and options before ordering; contact us if you need a specific toolkit item confirmed.
What are drills, and how do the symbols work?
“Drills” are the small decorative diamonds you place on the canvas. The canvas key matches each printed symbol to a drill color. Match the symbol to the key, find the corresponding drills, and place them in the marked spaces. Use the key supplied with that canvas rather than assuming symbols are the same across kits.
What is the difference between round and square drills?
Round drills have a circular shape, leaving small spaces between them. Square drills fit closely together for a tiled finish and take a little more care to align. Check the product option to see which shape is available for your chosen canvas.
How do I choose a canvas size?
Check the dimensions shown for your chosen option; our shop size filter uses centimeters. A larger diamond painting can represent more detail, but also needs more working space and time. If you need the exact image area or outer canvas measurements for framing, ask us before ordering.
Are specialty drills included?
Our diamond art kits include specialty drills at no extra cost. The types vary by design and may include finishes such as Aurora Borealis (AB), Fairy Dust, crystal, metallic, or glow in the dark. Not every kit contains every finish. Ask us about the specific design if its listing does not identify the finishes.
Is diamond painting suitable for beginners?
You do not need drawing experience: you follow the symbols and place one diamond at a time. Start with a design you love and work in small sections. Larger or more detailed canvases may take more time. Keep the small drills away from young children and pets.
How should I handle and store my canvas?
Keep the adhesive covered when you are not working, and uncover only a small section at a time. Store the canvas clean and dry, away from direct heat, with drills organized by their labels. Avoid sharp folds. If the canvas arrives with damage or an adhesive problem, contact us before trying a repair.
Made to order & delivery
What does made to order mean?
Your diamond painting kit is produced after you place your order, so it is not ready to ship immediately. Production happens first; shipping to you begins afterward. Thank you for giving us the time to prepare your next creative project, D&C family.
Read our Made-to-Order PolicyHow long will I wait for my order?
Production time and shipping time are separate parts of your wait. We have not listed one production estimate for every design here. Please contact us for the current estimated ship date for your chosen canvas before ordering, especially if you have a deadline. A shipping speed shown at checkout does not include production time.
Can I order a canvas for a birthday or special date?
Please contact us before ordering and tell us the design and date you have in mind. We can discuss the current estimate so you can decide whether it works for you. Placing an order does not by itself confirm arrival for a special occasion.
Where can I check my order or ask about a delay?
Keep your order confirmation and any shipping updates. If you have received tracking, check the carrier’s latest information. For production updates, a missing confirmation, or a delay you do not understand, email our support address with your order number.
How much is shipping, and can you ship to my address?
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping options and charges available for that order. If no option appears or you need help with a destination, contact us before placing the order.
Can I change my address, change my order, or cancel?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. What can be changed depends on the stage of your order, so please wait for our confirmation rather than assuming your request has taken effect. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification about cancellation or return eligibility.
We’re here for you
What if something is missing, damaged, or difficult to read?
Email support with your order number, design name, and a description of the issue. Photos of the affected area and canvas key help us understand canvas or symbol problems. For missing drills, include the color code and symbol from your kit. We will review the issue with you and explain the next steps.
Can I request custom diamond art?
Yes—send your ideas to customs.dccrownedandblessed@gmail.com. Tell us what you have in mind so we can discuss the artwork, suitable size, and available options before you order. Custom requests may start from different source material; ask us about the process for your particular piece.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at Shopify checkout and check the total before paying. Eligibility and whether offers can be combined depend on the promotion. If a code does not work, contact us with the code and the design you are trying to order.
How can I hear about new designs and sales?
Use “Join the D&C Family” on our homepage to sign up for emails about new designs and sales. You can unsubscribe from those marketing emails whenever you wish.
